In this research, teachers; study, it was aimed to determine the perceptions of school principals regarding their chaotic leadership roles and levels organizational happiness, reveal relationship between these two concepts. The research carried out with relational survey model, one quantitative designs. universe consists 5088 teachers working in public schools Sakarya 2021-2022 academic year. sample study 404 59 selected by stratified sampling method from universe. Chaotic happiness scales a personal information form developed researcher were used collect data research. analysis using SPSS 26.0 program. t-Test, ANOVA Tukey test data. participating administrators are at level "I agree very much"; teachers' "Moderately Agree" overall scale sub-dimensions Teaching Profession, Managerial Attitudes Behaviors, Colleague Relations, Working Conditions Classroom Management; On other hand, Positive Personality sub-dimension, Agree Less"; It has been found that there is statistically significant high happiness.
